Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Sign in at www.syncyou.in.
  2. Open Settings. If you want a copy first, click Export my data.
  3. Under Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.

This immediately removes your connected accounts and their access tokens, posts, schedules, brand profiles, leads, analytics, AI history and generated images, notifications and your profile, and deletes your sign-in.

Request deletion by email

If you can’t sign in, email hello@syncyou.in from the email address you used with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days, and confirm by email.

Remove one connected platform

  • In the app: Accounts → the account → Disconnect. Its access token is deleted immediately.
  • From the platform: Facebook/Instagram (Settings → Apps and Websites), Google/YouTube (myaccount.google.com/permissions), LinkedIn (Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services), X (Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions), Threads (Settings → Account → Website permissions), Snapchat (Settings → Connected Apps), Telegram (revoke or delete your bot in @BotFather).

What we keep

Payment and invoice records are kept as long as Indian tax law requires (generally 8 years) and are not used for anything else. Backups containing deleted data expire within 30 days.
