Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Zerix (“we”, “us”), the operator of Syncyou at https://www.syncyou.in (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a business, you accept them on its behalf.

1. Eligibility and your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under Indian law.
  • You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure.
  • Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. One person may not hold multiple accounts to obtain extra free credits.

2. The Service

Syncyou lets you connect social media accounts, generate content with AI, publish and schedule posts, view analytics, and find leads in comments and messages. We may add, change or remove features. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce a paid feature you are using.

3. Connected social accounts

  • You authorise us to access each account you connect, through that platform’s official API, to do what you ask: publish, schedule, read analytics, and read comments, mentions, replies and messages for lead discovery.
  • You must follow the terms of every platform you connect, including the YouTube Terms of Service, Meta’s, LinkedIn’s and X’s terms. Platforms may limit, change or revoke API access at any time; we are not responsible for their decisions or downtime.
  • Some platforms do not allow automatic posting (for example Snapchat). For those, the Service prepares your post for you to share manually.
  • You can disconnect an account at any time in the app or from the platform’s own security settings.

4. Plans, credits and payment

  • Free plan: 50 AI credits once, plus connecting accounts, analytics, leads (using credits) and the Command Center. No card is needed and the free plan is never charged automatically.
  • Pro Monthly (₹499/month) and Pro Yearly (₹4,990/year) add publishing, scheduling and Auto-Pilot. Pro Monthly includes 500 AI credits every 30 days (unused allowance does not roll over). Pro Yearly includes unlimited AI credits, subject to the fair-use limits in our Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Credit packs (₹99 for 10, ₹399 for 50, ₹699 for 100) never expire while your account is active and are used after your plan allowance.
  • How credits are charged: 1 credit covers about 4,000 AI tokens, with output tokens counting five times. Each AI action has a minimum charge shown in the app (for example a post is 1 credit, an image 5); larger jobs may use more based on actual tokens. Failed AI requests are refunded automatically. Your full usage is shown on the Usage & Credits page.
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. There are no setup, per-channel or per-seat fees. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or UPI details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@syncyou.in and keep access until the end of the paid period. We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 15 days’ notice.
  • Credits and plans have no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold.
  • Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. AI-generated content

  • AI output can be inaccurate, outdated, biased or similar to content created for others. Review everything before you publish it. You are responsible for what you publish, including its accuracy, legality and compliance with platform rules and advertising disclosure requirements.
  • Auto-Pilot drafts are queued for publication about two hours after creation so that you can review, edit or delete them. If you enable Auto-Pilot, you authorise us to publish those drafts unless you change them.
  • Subject to these Terms and the AI providers’ terms, you own the content you create with the Service, including AI output you generate.
  • AI audits, scores, lead scores and suggestions are informational, not professional, legal or financial advice.

6. Your content and data

You keep ownership of everything you upload, write or publish (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit and display Your Content only to operate the Service for you, including sending it to the AI providers and platforms you choose. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. When you use lead discovery, you decide which audience data is processed and you are responsible for contacting people lawfully.

7. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or remove content, features or accounts that violate it.

8. Our intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, brand and documentation belong to Zerix and its licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to them except to use the Service as offered.

9. Availability

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled posts can be delayed or fail because of platform outages, API limits, expired logins or changes made by the platforms; we notify you in the app when a post fails.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or do not pay amounts due. Where reasonable we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem first.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, results, reach or revenue.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zerix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, followers, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnity

You will indemnify Zerix against third-party claims arising from Your Content, your use of connected accounts, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email at least 15 days in advance. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first at hello@syncyou.in; most concerns can be resolved quickly. Unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India where Zerix is located.
