Service Delivery Policy

Syncyou is a software service delivered online. No physical goods are shipped.

Delivery

• Free plan: available immediately after you sign in.
• Subscriptions and credit packs: applied to your account automatically, usually within a few seconds of successful payment. You receive an in-app notification and can see the change on the Billing and Usage & Credits pages.
• If your purchase does not appear within 1 hour, email hello@syncyou.in with your Razorpay payment ID. If we cannot apply it within 7 days, you will be refunded as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Access

The Service is accessed at www.syncyou.in using a supported web browser. There are no delivery charges and no geographic shipping restrictions; availability of social platform features depends on each platform.
